Mary found her ideal home plan; she made a few tweaks and now it’s perfect!
  1. Reconfigured the main living area by adding a wing island and moving the open stairway to the front of the great room.
  2. Added a corner fireplace and created a large window wall in the back of the great room and breakfast area.
  3. Created a larger pantry while rearranging the appliances to be more functional.
  4. Added two entrances from the garage into the home: 1) to the main house's rear foyer with a drop zone and coat closet and 2) to the new apartment suite.more»
